MUN simulation

29-05-2024

At International St. Jude School, we held our MUN simulation. This is an excellent way for secondary school students to learn about international politics, diplomacy, and global issues.

These events simulate UN sessions, where students represent different countries and discuss current global issues.
To organize a MUN simulation, students need to research the country they will represent and the assigned topic. This allows them to understand their country's position on the issue and prepare to debate and negotiate with other delegates.

During the event, students debate various issues, work on resolutions, and practice negotiation and compromise skills. They also learn about the importance of teamwork and diplomacy in resolving international conflicts.
MNU simulations are a valuable educational experience that can inspire students to take an interest in global affairs and consider careers in politics, international relations, or diplomacy. In addition, they foster the development of communication, research, and critical thinking skills.
